Common questions
Do I need special hardware or RFID tags?
No. KEGTracker works with printed barcodes and any phone or tablet camera, so you can start with the devices your team already carries. There is no reader to buy and nothing to install on the keg itself.
What counts as a fill?
A fill is recorded each time a keg is filled with a brand and batch. Your plan includes a monthly allowance of fills; if you go over, additional fills are charged at your plan's per-fill rate rather than forcing you onto a bigger plan.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and you pay the difference in base price for the current period. Downgrades take effect from your next renewal, so you keep what you have paid for.
What happens when my trial ends?
Paid plans start with a 30-day trial. When it ends you can subscribe to continue, or move to the free plan. Your data stays where it is either way — nothing is deleted when a trial lapses.
Can several people use it at once?
Yes, every plan includes unlimited users. Roles let you give the brewery floor, keg management and account admins access to just the parts of the system they need.
I already use the old KEGTracker. Can I move across?
