How fills and overage work
Every plan includes a monthly allowance of keg fills. Go past it and extra fills are billed at your plan's per-fill rate — from R 7 on our largest plan — on the following cycle. You are never blocked from filling a keg, and you are never pushed onto a bigger plan for one busy month.
Upgrades take effect immediately and you pay only the difference in base price for the current period. Downgrades apply from your next renewal.
Common questions
What is a keg fill?
A fill is recorded every time one of your kegs is filled with a brand and batch. It is the one thing that scales with how much beer you actually move, which is why plans are priced on fills rather than on users or warehouses.
What happens if I go over my included fills?
Nothing stops working. Additional fills are simply charged at your plan's per-fill rate on your next billing cycle, so a busy month costs a little more rather than forcing an upgrade.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes — 10 fills a month, with no time limit and no cap on how many kegs you track. It is a genuine plan rather than a trial, so a very small brewery can run on it indefinitely.
Do I need a card to start?
Not for the free plan. Paid plans begin with a 30-day trial, and you will not be charged until the trial ends.
Can I cancel?
Any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Your data stays available on the free plan afterwards.
